2024/09/18 Update: Rough Animatics
We got the very first rough animatics here, hooray!
Honestly, it did take me more than a little bit of time to learn Story Board Pro, of which I felt supposed to learn earlier. I love how I can draw frame-by-frame and rearrange the panel sequences and actually played with it a little. Especially in the transformation scenes to show the dynamics directly. More than that, there is nothing changed than the previous storyboards I've drew in the old way.
During the weekend, I will refine and adjust the panels and their pacing. I am also consulting with my soundtrack artist about the music I will apply to the work. And I believe with this animatic turns out, the very first demo will be done very soon.
So I tried SBP...
2024/09/16 Update: Storyboards
More storyboards are coming!
I ended up deleting several shots that seem redundant to the overall narrative, as well as breaking down the scenes I want to make as frame-by-frames. The rest are still work-in-progress and I sturggled on how to set the finale. I think I'll go straight into the animatics first and ignore the narrative for now. At the end of the day, the ideas will flow during the creative process.
2024/09/11 Update: Style Frames
Hi there, I've tried out two iconic scenes in my project, of there composition and color palettes. These are seeming rough for now becuase I want to arrage them in After Effects later. Especailly the fool's peak scene. The black hole would be done in after effects as a motion test, hopefully.
During the weekend, I will go back to the storyboard production and have them completed as soon as possible.
